Creating tickets in a certain queue

Hello,
I have the following issue. I have a queue named SPAM. When I try to send E-Mail to two different mailboxes, associated with different queues, the system is creating all the tickets in the SPAM queue instead of creating the tickets in the two appropriate queues. Can you please give a suggestion how to fix this issue?

The system address for the SPAM queue is totally different from the others.
