Help a newcomer. Can I somehow create additional fields in the "Edit Customer" (eg "Room" and "Department") and accordingly in the database, pull out these fields in the form of "New Phone ticket" and make sure that they pulled up at customer's choice. And question number two: on the same fields to search by a ticket. Thank you in advance for your help.
