ITSM 2.0.1 How to add new ConfigItem Class?
I need to add two clases for printers and scanners and I'm looking for it since morning and cannot find it anywhere. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
OTRS 3.1.10 on CentOS and MySql. Auth for customers and agents via both Active Directory and local database.

Go to admin -> General Catalog -> ITSM::ConfigItem::Class
and then add your definitions for the Printer class in Admin -> Config Item
and then add your definitions for the Printer class in Admin -> Config Item
