How to assign Service (ITSM) to every customer

Hi all,

Please suggest how we can automatically assign the service in ITSM to the customers, i can assign the services to the individual customer, but want to assign the services automatically to the customer. what settings we have to do, please suggest, looking forward for your kind reply

you don't have to assign every service to every single customer - you can use default services

hi,

I have added a list of services from admin section, but when i create a new phone ticket, the services is not showing in the drop down list, please guide how to use the default services in the OTRS::ITSM, looking forward for your kind reply.

Goto Admin -> [ Customer Users <-> Services ] -> Edit default Services on the left side of the panel

Services ain't assignes to queues and groups - they are correct at customers (or default)
