Getting error while creating new FAQ

Hi all,

I am getting the below message, when i create a new faq from the agent interface, please suggest.

Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.10.0 OS: darwin Time: Mon Mar 21 14:42:08 2011

Message: Can't write '/opt/otrs/var/tmp/CacheFileStorable//CacheInternalState/4885f54276c3790b677fe26733aa3f63': Permission denied

Please follow the setup procedure of otrs, especially the SetPermission the script
