Dear OTRS Community,

We are using an OTRS 3.0.4 installation to support a department
of our company with a helpdesk solution for their customers.

Some days ago we created two new queues with the same settings the other
queues have.

Email tickets can be received on the new queues with their allocated email addresses.
But we run into trouble when we try to reply or forward an incoming email of those queues.

We get the following pop up message from the system:
File download -- Security Warning

Please note the attachment.

Can anybody give a hint to fix the problem?

BTW: The other queues work fine!
A MS Excahnge 2010 Server is handling the email traffic in the background with IMAPS.

we checked the logfiles some days before....

Definitely nothing helpful in there...
