Custom Statistics Report

I'm needing to setup a report that shows the time between when a ticket is first submitted, until the time it is moved into a different queue. Is this possible? Any help to point me in the right direction will be appreciated.

I've tried to find some good documentation regarding the Stats module, but unfortunately it isn't very clear.
