How could I change the OTRS logo in Header. I have attached a screen shot plz check for which logo I am talking about.

Hm, I have no OTRS 3.0 installation but please try http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/config. ... end::Agent , Values AgentLogo and AgentLoginLogo and let us know if this was the solution.
