OTRS sudden slowness
I have upgraded to OTRS 3.0.6 and have been using it with no issues for the past few weeks. Today, something has brought the system to a crawl. If I choose queue view, the screen takes at least 2 minutes to load. I am running OTRS on Windows 2008 Server R2, using dual Xenon processors and 4Gb of RAM. I was just wondering if there was anyway to figure out what is causing the slowness? It seems if I go through the Admin functions, they system is as zippy as ever. It is just when trying to load a ticket view, could it be a MySQL corruption? If so, is there any way to run a repair on a MySQL database within a Windows environment?
