I've just tested this again.
With another URL (a smaller picture).
But the behaviour is still the same
When you are composing your reply it looks OK, but the sent mail has destroyed an important part inside the body (from one picture to another).
The mail that OTRS stores in the article of the ticket is the same as the one which is sent (i.e. important part destroyed).
It is especially annoying when the customer sees
my name and
his logo below! Imagine!
For the moment I have removed any logo from the signature, but you understand this is only a dull workaround, not what we expect.
Is it a bug?
