Hallo,
Ich möchte in OTRS 3 gerne einen Bericht erstellen, der mir alle offenen Tickets einer bestimmten Queue mit deren aktuellen Besitzer anzeigt.
Ich wähle bei der Erstellung des Berichts in Schritt 1 als Dynamisches Objekt die "Ticketliste". Doch gibt es in der Attribute-Auswahlliste in Schritt 2 das Attribut "Besitzer" nicht.

Hab doch noch was im Netz gefunden:
Login as OTRS admin.
Go to the admin area and open the SysConfig section.
Select the FrameWork" group and then the subgroup "Frontend::Agent::Stats".
Activate the last two configparams on this site (Stats::UseAgentElementInStats and Stats::CustomerIDAsMultiSelect) via the checkbox and set both configparams to "Yes".
Update your system configuration via the "Update" button.
Login as OTRS admin.
