Mail after new/closed ticket

I've just integrated Nagios and OTRS, both with the latest version, on a Debian Lenny.

I'd like to send an email to the admin (mymail@gmai.com) from the otrs mail (otrs@mydomain.com) when a new ticket is opened or closed in the nagios queue. I receive an email from Nagios, but I'd like to receive also one from OTRS with new and closed tickets.

How can I configure that??

You could configure a eventbased notification for that
go to admin -> [ Notification (Event) ]
