1) Check your error logs, especially /var/log/mail.log and the System Log in the Admin panel of OTRS.
2) Google the error message.
3) Google the error message with site:forums.otrs.org, if you believe it's an OTRS thing and not related to your OS, email, etc.
4) Google the error message with site:forums.otrs.org crythias if you want to. Chances are, I may have been involved in the answer. Maybe. I may have just told someone to google the answer.
5) Use the Search function of this board.
