Is it possible to define Email From addresses per queue?
helpdesk -> email from: helpdesk@company.com
2nd level -> email from: <OTRS_agent> - 2ndlevel@company.com
You can define standard behaviour in Ticket:DefineEmailFrom but for all queues

Yes, I know. But what I mean: You can define the standard email from field for a ticket: "otrs agent" or "queue address" or "otrs_agent via queue address". Is this also possible per queue? So helpdesk queue -> "queue address" in the from field; 2nd level support queueu -> "otrs_agent via queue address" in the from field. But I solved it to make personal queues.
