Phone Tickets Questions

Hi All,

We create the ITSM Tickets and link to the Normal Phone Tickets via Link Button Manually from the Config Item Module-> Hardware, Is there any way when we create phone tickets, without clicking on link button and selecting the Config ITEM List we can link the information automatically in the database, please suggest.
