Change Module help needed

Hello,

I am currently looking into the Change Module of OTRS 2.0 by running some test changes within the change module to move them to the process to generally get a feel for how the system can work with change control. I have read through the on-line manual and I am currently struggling with the following issues;

How to add approvers to a change request
How to move a change request through the change cycle - for example from requested, to pending approval, to approved, etc
How to cancel/reject/retract a change request
How to add in Actual start/end date and times

Any help around the questions above would be very much appreciated, or even a link to an area of the manual which may cover this that I may have missed.
