1st off I want to apologize if this is already a question that has been answered and if so can you give me the link to that post.
We have been using OTRS for about 4 months now and like it a lot. I have had no problems setting up the things I need to set up, until I noticed that when I hit a reply all to a ticket form outlook it creates a new ticket in the in OTRS. What I would like to happen is when I hit reply all it does just as if I hit reply and just append the email to the ticket. Any suggestions?
