Any cool skins or templates out there for OTRS?

I am wondering if there is a site or if somebody has some cool templates/skins that I can try out to make the site a little more interesting. The OTRS default templates are ok, but lack a certain pizzaz and I was wondering if anyone has done any more on that end.
