I need some pointers on how to hide SLA from the Customer & Agent Ticket Compose page.
Quick win would be to disable services but we need that field, not SLA (not there yet)
Second quick win would be to do it in the templates it self but am wondering if this is feasible via an ACL?
Would facilitate upgrades down the road.
