I have OTRS installed on a Ubuntu 10.10 box. Everything seems to be working fine apart from adding an agent.
I can get the first screen which allows me to enter all the users details, but when I click the Submit button it just brings me back to this screen.
Anyone any ideas whats going on?

Have you filled in all the required fields?
Perhaps something wrong with the database, that it can't write to the table?
