How to achieve the Login screen as the Demo shows

Dear All,

I would Like to achieve the the same login screen as of the Demo OTRS in the OTRS forum. Can anyone guide me How to achieve that? The Objective is to have the Login, Lost Password and create account function at different instances of the same screen.

IWhat's your OTRS version? Please create a signature for the forum, containing OTRS Version, OS and installed modules.

The different screens are part of OTRS 3, so perhaps you need to upgrade
