1. Has anyone tried to create reports on assets for the display of their characteristics with reference to the incident?
More specifically - whether it is possible to create a report as - Number of incidents of printer model= XXXX closed successfully during the period.
2. Does the possibility of withdrawal of the report - the announcement of any CI field (searchable => 1) in ConfigItem Definition?
