Windows Email Frequency change

Hi all,

I'm planning on using OTRS for our customer facing ticket system. For now, I'm trying different options and setups.

I can see and understand a lot of the configuration based upon the Linux info, but cannot always translate that to where it might be in Windows.

In particular, I cannot seem to find the "Cron" equivalent. All of the files in the cron folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\OTRS\OTRS\var\cron) still have .dist on them.

I trying to see what the send and receive frequency for SMTP is on the system. I'd like to change it to something more responsive, especially while I'm testing.
