Nagios and OTRS integration

Hi guys,

I'm new to both Nagios and OTRS.

I doing the Nagios integration where whenever Nagios catches a number of tickets, it will send a ticket back to otrs as a reminder to the agent.

I followed http://otrs.org/media/nagios_conference_2008_en.pdf before the rrdtools page and it came out to be like Image

I have download the nagios+OTRS.gz and all the items from nagiosexchange.

using OTRS 3.0.7 with ITSM 3.0.2, SystemMonitoring 2.0.1 and ubuntu 10.10.
