Hi,
I have one email box with cca 50 different email adresses (aliases). All emails, send to any of these 50 adresses, come to this one email-box.
I know the type, login, password and host of this box.
So I am able to create tickets of all these emails via Postmaster Mail Account, a give all these tickets to some Queue.
Now I need to get to these tickets some attributes - Service, SLA etc. (to all the tickets in the queue the same attributes)
I am able to make it via Generic agent (all tickets in this queue - give them attribut XY=...)
My question is: is it possible to make it not in interval 10 min via Generic agent, but directly via Postmaster Filter?
Which "Match" rule could I use? The only one info I know is the Queue, where are the tickets.
I tryied X-OTRS-FollowUp-Queue and X-OTRS-Queue, and it doesn´t work.
And I don´t want to make it via match "To" for each one from the 50 email adresses...
Thansk very much for help.

Re: Fetchmail - how to get attributes to ticket from email B
if the email addresses are "to" then you might want to make sure the queues are tied to the appropriate email addresses (admin).
If you want the mail to be handled immediately, check out procmail.
