I had set the notification(Event)which is once customer have send new ticket to OTRS , OTRS will provide the notification to Agent , but I as a Agent , I keep get duplicate notification from OTRS ?
can everyone tell me what is the problem of I keep getting duplicate notification ? I only set One notification(event) only, but at the same time Agent will get 2-4 notification , isn't any bug of OTRS or I no need set any notification(event) to agent OTRS will auto send the notification to agent?

If you enable it in your (agent)preferences, OTRS automatically send you an -email that there is a new ticket.
If you also configured an event in Admin>Notifications you will get double notifications.
If you also configured an event in Admin>Notifications you will get double notifications.
OTRS 3.0.7 with MySQL on Windows server 2003 r2 server with AD integration for customers.
