Hi,

I have a couple of Questions in Statistics Module, please suggest how we can create reports for the below points.

1. How many times have we attended a particular customer and what services were offered to them. ( When I say Services, I am talking about Tickets, Quarterly maintenance, Telephonic help, Email Help )

2. How many parts were ordered for a particular customer in a particular time frame.

3. How much time was taken to resolve an issue by the Engineer.
