I'm upgrading from the Debian package of 2.2.7 to the 3.0.7 tarball. I have had to purge the old installation before installing the new version, as there are too many clashes to go through, and now OTRS 3 is running. However, when I try to restore the old config files and database the error in the attached image occurs. I have tried changing the home folder in Config.pm from usr/share/otrs to /opt/otrs as per the new installation, but no luck. Does anyone have any advice?
Also, will this be a problem for me?
