I wonder if anyone have a clue how to show the owner of a ticket, if it i locked. If it is not locked i dont want anything to show, or the text "Unassigned" should be viewed?
Like this:
Title - Que - Owner (if locked) - Time
xxxx xxxx Agent name xxxxxx
The purpose is if the "First line staff" and the "Ticketcoordinator" and myself "cleanup man"

should get an easy overview of locked/unlocked tickets in the "All tickets view" in dashboard.
