Need to get back to OTRS dashboard from time accounting
I installed time accounting package and am not able to view the ticket tracking dashboard.How do I get back?.Is there a way to delete or uninstall the time accounting package.

This is a fun one isn't it!
I remember having this a while back and saved someone elses advice from another support forum for future reference.
If you are on the screens I think you are, the below should help.
"To fix this from that page you are stuck on, do this:
1. Hit the delete link at the bottom right of the "Edit time record" page.
2. At the confirm delete page, simply click the "Setting" link in the tool bar menu at the top.
3. Change the begin period and the end period dates to something other than current (example: 1-1-2011 to 12-31-2011).
4. Click Submit.
This will let you get your main screens back.

Hi I'm having the exact same problem.
But in OTRS 3.0.X I don't have this settings link when i click delete...
I cannot use OTRS....please help.

Hi I had this problem too, if the root account (or any account with admin rights) can still get into the regular dashboard you can fix this issue permanently for all users added to the time accounting module by doing the following:
1. go to admin
2. click sysconfig
3. select timeaccounting from the dropdown on the left
4. click on Frontend::Agent
5. uncheck PreApplicationModule###AgentTimeAccounting (it's near the end of the page)
6. click update
