I would like to modify the ‘Add Change’ form (ITSM Change -> New in CMBD menù) so it contains more text fields similar to ‘Description’ and ‘Justification’ and add someone else.
I want anso rename attributes on this form. How can i do this?
Finaly I want to modify the table of the summary in ITSM CMBD menù, edit e add more detail. How Can I do to add the operator too?

you change add fields in: Admin -> [Config Item] -> Computer
