Hi, I've recently installed OTRS and I'm frankly amazed at the depth of this product, however I'm stumped by a fairly simple email filter issue. I want to assign incoming emails to specific queues. To test this feature I set up a "Gmail Test" queue and tried to set up a filter similar to the one shown in the manual, however I get a "One or more errors" message. I think it should be a relatively straight forward exercise to create a simple filter but I don't get what I'm doing wrong here.
Filter Condition

Set Email Header

Can you help me out here?

Re: Email Filter Issue
Hi James:
I guess the whitespace in your queue name will be the problem. Just try another queue or rename the one you used.
Regards, Roy
