Change request Workorder Popup info on IE6

Hi,

I am having a problem regarding ITSM Change workorders, the problem being that in firefox browsers, when hovered on, the workorders pop up real helpful information about them, which however on the company's resident Internet Explorer 6 browser do not.

I simply cannot convert all the systems in my company to firefox. I also cannot upgrade to later versions of IE. Does anyone have the same problem with ie6?

Please help.

IE6 ist not supported in OTRS 3.0!
