Hi
Bit of an odd one this and I am hoping for some guidance on where to look to correct this.
A while back I set up a number of auto responses based on queue.
I since found a better way for us to do the closure notifications using notification events and so set the auto response for closures to invalid on all the queues.
I have now uncovered though that one of the auto reponses on one queue that is set as invalid is still sending auto responses. I have been able to confirm this is the case by changing the wording of the auto response and then seeing this changed text come through as an email despite the thing still being set as invalid.
Can anyone give me a clue on where to go to fix this problem, or delete this auto response manually if neccessary rather than through the GUI?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
Regards
Martin

Re: auto follow up set invalid- but still sending emails
Sorry for leaving that part out, doh.
OTRS version 2.4.7
ITSM 2.0.3
I have worked around it now, as have managed to remove the offending auto response from the queue finally. It still does not make sense to me why that auto response set as invalid was sending email. In other parts of the system when you set something invalid it doesnt get used or is not available to select.
If anyone could explain that (or if it is something amended in a future release) it would be good to know as it would make this part of administration more streamlined.
Kind Regards
