xx_Custom.pm - translation problem

Please, help!
Once connect ru_Custom.pm file - off translation from ru.pm. What did not do. Initially, a pair of extra lines in the user file like to work, then added everything I need, system began to give out some mistakes in the line of the file ru_Custom.pm. Again, cut out everything and began to add, I thought a syntax error. To see the process removed temporarily ru.pm. Complains when I restart that it is not, but the translation of the Custom is proved there are no errors. Ru.pm back into place. Restarted and the Apache and OTRS - individually work - together - NO.

Maybe someone has stepped on these rakes will tell?
Incidentally, in ru.pm - complete translation done by a single operator in ru_ITSM *. pm - every single term.
Are there any limitations on the length of the operator (Translate) in Perl? May have exhausted the allowable size of the translators? And the attempt to add a split of this restriction?
