Hi, is there any documentation about which packages and which versions of them I need to enable the fetchmail function?
I have two OTRS instalations. On one of them, the fetchmail is working OK, on the second it doesn´t work at all.
And I am not able to find the reason why.
Both instalations have Webmail package v. 0.13.2.. The first has ITSM packages v.2.1.1 and the second has only v.1.3.2.
The second doesn´t have (opposite the first one) following packages: ITSM, ITSMChangeManagement, Survey, TimeAccounting.

you should have a look in your fetchmail or maillog as a starting point
- are mails fetched correctly
- will OTRS pick them up
- ...
