Hi, I need your help for create a genericagent to move to escalation all ticket with a particular state.....

for example... Escalation all tickets with states = 'pending'

I want move to all tickets with a determined state to escalation queue.... i dont know how?

So, you want a ticket filter state=EscalateMe
and a TicketAction set new queue Escalated
and your minutes would be each 10 minute increment (0,10,20,30,40,50)
