for example... Escalation all tickets with states = 'pending'

So, you want a ticket filter state=EscalateMe
and a TicketAction set new queue Escalated
and your minutes would be each 10 minute increment (0,10,20,30,40,50)
and a TicketAction set new queue Escalated
and your minutes would be each 10 minute increment (0,10,20,30,40,50)
