Just installed OTRS yesterday, things are going very well. I have to say I'm impressed with the functionality so far. I've run into a snag though...
I've got the LDAP database configured and working great, was pretty simple after I cracked down and went through the documentation...I noticed that it is pulling over the telephonenumber and postal address fields for each customer, which is great - but how do I then use this information thats in the database? - I want to have it printed on the tickets, and shown in the ticket zoom etc. I've done a couple hours worth of searching, looked on the forums etc. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it!
