Hi,
if I change the impact value (I'm using OTRS::ITSM) in a new phone ticket, the ticket has to be submitted twice. After the first Submit, the dialog appears again, loaded with the same values everywhere. After the second Submit the ticket will actually be sent.
I've seen http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=5889 - but a) it doesn't help and b) too dangerous, because I'm not exactly knowing about the variables at that point.
