[STATISTICS] Get the user that have change one state

I need a report thar informs who have changed my tickets in the last mounth to one specific state.
Exemple: UserA have change the ticket1 to state "changing parts". UserB have changed the ticket2 to state "changing parts".
I need a report resulting the name the users that have change the states of my tickets to "Changing parts" and the number of thicket that he has changed.

can annyone help-me?
I need to implement it acessing the database? or can i do it with statistics panel?
