Age, Report Vs Dashboard

[SLESSARD]

I have read a few post on this Forum and it seems to be clear that Age shows up in seconds on reports and the only solution seems to be to export as CSV and manipulate in excel if we want it in hours / days.

What bugs me (so I figured I'd post the question here) is that Age shows up in Hours / Days on the dashboard

Is there really no config / tweaks at all that can be done to have reports appearing as Hours / Days ??

Real issue for managers!
