Thanks for your help, this works really well for us, and I am now popultaing the template button with many many templates:)

Hi all,

Creating AgentPhoneTicketTemplates is easy enough editing the AgentTicketPhone.dtl in our company mask, however this creates the Template as a button and the next one as a button below that which is not the most optimal solution.
Does anyone know if and if so how you can make the Templates ...
