Hello everyone
I want to create DASHBOARD in only two sections:
- Ticket opened by taking over
- Ticket open taken over
how can we accomplish this?
These are days that I'm working on ticket.xml !!

vorrei creare nella DASHBOARD solo due sezioni:
- Ticket aperti da PRENDERE in GESTIONE
- Ticket aperti PRESI in GESTIONE
com'è possibile realizzare questo?
Sono giorni che sto lavorando su ticket.xml senza alcun risultato
