Use action "Split" in Process Management

Post by RStraub »

Hello,

yet another problem for our implementation:

We want a ticket to be splitted (One copy for the service desk, one for the development) whilst staying in a process. To do so we could use the split which is natively activated, but that would not progress the state of the ticket in a process.

Is there a way that we can define a custom action to an activity dialog? (or as action in a transition?)

Best regards,
Rolf

Hi,

there is no TransitionAction for split at the moment (3.3.x)

Threre are community Actions available (I did not test it) but I hope instantly, that this split will be in next versions!

Allright, thanks.

Could you please provide me with a link to those community actions?
