Re: ERROR: Can't Connect to (mail)
The server named mail is not allowing IMAP connections from your OTRS box. Also, OTRS deletes all mail from the mailbox, so don't use IMAP thinking the mail will stay.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: ERROR: Can't Connect to (mail)
Well, i made a gmail account to check but its also not working:
Maybe i configure something wrong?
Type: every tried
Username: lp
Host: lpcseu@gmail.com (maybe im typing host wrong cause example is without @, or it doesent matter?)
Imap folder: inbox
Trusted: yes
Dispatching: to field
Valid: valid
I tried every single connection type from IMAP and POP3 and nothing.Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-82 Perl: 5.10.1 OS: linux Time: Fri May 30 13:54:17 2014 Message: IMAP: Can't connect to lpcseu@gmail.com RemoteAddress: 77.253.232.64 RequestURI: /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminMailAccount;Subaction=Run;ID=2;ChallengeToken=FOyNVmwHkXgw5L9HL7jTcONpALkGgcp3; Traceback (2351): Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount::IMAP::_Fetch (OTRS 3.3.7) Line: 124 Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount::IMAP::Fetch (OTRS 3.3.7) Line: 77 Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount::MailAccountFetch (OTRS 3.3.7) Line: 427 Module: Kernel::Modules::AdminMailAccount::Run (OTRS 3.3.7) Line: 64 Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run (OTRS 3.3.7) Line: 871 Module: ModPerl::ROOT::ModPerl::Registry::opt_otrs_bin_cgi_2dbin_index_2epl::handler (unknown version) Line: 41 Module: (eval) (v1.99) Line: 204 Module: ModPerl::RegistryCooker::run (v1.99) Line: 204 Module: ModPerl::RegistryCooker::default_handler (v1.99) Line: 170 Module: ModPerl::Registry::handler (v1.99) Line: 31

Re: ERROR: Can't Connect to (mail)
Google Mail doesn't accept standard unencrypted IMAP or Pop3
Do a web search for OTRS Gmail.
