adding dynamic fields into a ticket

good afternoon, im starting working with otrs, i already did the admin configurations, but it was ask to me to add some fields to the ticket.

I used the link bellow to help me to put the dynamic fields, but for some reason it didn't work, maybe i did it the wrong way.

Hi,

first of all you should use 3.3.x documentation and not 3.1.x

thanks i actually didn't notice that the documentation was for 3.1

i finally did it correctly :lol:
