good afternoon, im starting working with otrs, i already did the admin configurations, but it was ask to me to add some fields to the ticket.
I used the link bellow to help me to put the dynamic fields, but for some reason it didn't work, maybe i did it the wrong way.

first of all you should use 3.3.x documentation and not 3.1.x
