ArticleCopyMoveDelete not visible for show all articles

I installed ArticleCopyMoveDelete-1.3.1.opm. However, the option to copy, move or delete and article is not visible. Does this module have to be registered somewhere in SysConfig?

When using ArticleCopyMoveDelete it is possible to delete only the last article?
For example, I have a ticket and it contains three articles. I'm able to delete the 3rd article, but not the second one. After I delete the 3rd article, copy move delete option appears at the 2nd article. Is this behaviour expected?

I found out that when I choose the 'show one article' option the copy, move, delete option is available for all articles. Only when I select the 'show all articles' option is the copy, move, delete option available only for the last article.

I have the following settings

How can I make the copy,move, delete available for 'show all articles' option. Does a template need to be added for the 'show all articles' view? Which view defines 'Show all articles'?

This is not a core module. It is provided by a third party, so you should mention that and perhaps contact the vendor of the third party module.
