[SLOVED] Bounce function no article ID

when using the bounce function I get the following error.

No plain article (article id xx) in database! 

What could cause this error and how could I resolve it?

there is no plain article in the database. Was it an email which openend the ticket?

Yes. I had opened an Email ticket. Can I not bounce it?

then there shoud be an error duing creation as no plain article could be saved

Got it! I don't have a functioning Email sending mechanism on the system where the error occured. So probably a plain article was not created in the DB.
