[SOLVED] No data in TicketQueue Overview

I'm unable to see any infos in TicketQueue Overview, although there are new and open tickets. How can make the matrix visible?

Am I missing something in the configuration?

Have you marked some queues in the settings as "My Queues"?

Yes I have and the queue contains some open tickets

I found the solution. In SysConfig under Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard the value for QueuePermissionGroup in DashboardBackend###0270-TicketQueueOverview was 'users'. However, agents in my setup are not members of the group users and thus no information was shown on dashboard. I removed the value and now agents can see information in Ticket Queue Overview on dashboard
